Darıcıoğlu. Length depends on the amount of audience, Nesin Art Village, Izmir, July 2019.Discipline involves two performers copying each other’s movements and exploring the disciplining
power of seeing, staring and gazing with audience. The performance does not involve any instructions for the audience. The audience finds the performers in a room looking each other and
copying each other’s movements. Later on, this action is carried slowly through getting in eye
contact with each audience and see if they copy the performers’ movement just by staring at them. The
performers do not only explore the limits of the audience but also the power of gaze in the society.
