In Wet Dreams For Futuring, I take the role of a fountain mermaid who invites the audience to make wishes. It provides multiple occassions for both individiual and collective wish-making. The performance aims to facilitate a space for critical engagements with future and the uneven agencies in its making, but also asks if we can percieve collective wish-making as a strategy for gaining power in crafting futures.
